I don’t know how about you, but sunny and warm days here in Toronto are only available for 4-5 months a year. It is really hard for me to stay indoors during the summer and I try to hang outside as much as possible. Even going to the gym is tough as I am losing those precious minutes of sun!

So I prefer working out outdoors during the summer, whenever I can. I decided to videotape one of my leg workouts to provide some ideas for those who would want to try getting outside for a butt kicking workout :)
