This is just a work in progress from one of our fabulous always smiling personal training clients “BA”. Our training consisted of 3x a week with BMBB (2 weight training days and one condition/boxing day) and  day of any leisure activity that BA enjoyed doing on her own (spinning, yoga, Pilates etc). We are very proud of BA’s dedication and a weight loss of 20lbs. BA tells us that everyone is telling her she is looking amazing and half her size! We agree, and are excited to keep it going and get even more amazing results.

End weight: 155lbs / 26%
Total inches lost (hips, tummy, legs, chest & arms): 27″
Time: 3.5 months
Summary: dropped 20lbs, lost 27″ and 13.9% body fat in 3.5 months, has more energy, increased confidence and feeling much healthier than before!
