One of my favorite post workout meals…easy and very tasty
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1-2 scoop of favorite Whay Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate flavour)
- 3 packets of Stevia
- Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl.
- Add water.
- Place in the freezer to cool for 30 to 60 min.
- Enjoy your high protein frozen pudding
