Try one of our amazing Bootcamp Classes!
Try a bootcamp class ibefore you commit to the program – we would love to have you join for trial classes before you commit to a program, to make sure we are this right fit for you!
We offer three bootcamp programs for three levels as well as a fun all fitness level Abs & Glutes Class. All our our programs have a specific start/end date and are available 2-3x per week for 4 or 8 weeks.
To try a class simply register to the program of your interest below and select a date on which you wish to come in. The $9 fee reserves your spot and is deducted from your enrollment fee should you choose to join one of our programs.

- Intermediate and looking to lose weight – check out the Build & Burn Level 2 Intermediate Fitness Bootcamp Classes program
- Intermediate/Advanced – looking to “tone up” – check out our high intensity Fit & Firm Level 3 Advanced Fitness Bootcamp Classes
- All fitness levels – are welcome to our Abs & Glutes Fitness Bootcamp Classes for core and booty focused workouts
- Special Packages – do not have trial classes (these are class combo options should you wish to join in the future)
