This is a contact-free, non-competitive, non-intimidating friendly environment.  A super high intensity action packed cardiovascular workout that incorporates martial arts drills including jabs, hooks, uppercuts, kicks, elbows, & knees!

  • Great for those looking for an intense workout but are not interested in sparring or getting hit
  • Bag and pad training, and partner work as well as cardiovascular and muscular fitness exercises
  • Various conditioning drills that will improves your strength, agility, and flexibility while toning and firming your body!
  • No previous martial arts experience necessary

What you need for class
  • Your regular workout etire (shorts/pants, tshirt or tank top)
  • Plenty of Water
  • Towel
  • Hand wraps are optional but not needed
  • Gloves are always provided but many participants choose to purchase their own – you can get a pair at WalMart or Canadian Tire (look for 12-16oz boxing gloves not MMA gloves)
