What you need for class
- Your regular workout etire (shorts/pants, tshirt or tank top)
- Hand wraps are optional but not needed
- Gloves are always provided but many participants choose to purchase their own – you can get a pair at WalMart or Canadian Tire (look for 12-16oz boxing gloves not MMA gloves)
