TERMS OF SERVICE

1.Regarding Missed Bootcamp Classes

Should you need to miss a class you may:

Receive ONE make-up class credit that you can use within the same month you are enrolled in our program at one of our other locations (provided there is space in one of our other classes).

Because we are limited in size and each month bootcampers reserve their spot to attend the given period they are enrolled in makeup classes can not be transferred to the following bootcamp month. A maximum of one makeup credit will be granted per 4 week period you are enrolled in, all other missed sessions will be waived.

To get a make up class credit you need to:

Send an email notification titled “Request for makeup credit/reimbursement”  to our support team (email provided when you begin class) 24 hours prior to your missed class. Missed classes with less than 24 hours’ notice given will not qualify for a credit or reimbursement and the session will be waived.

We understand it is not always possible to advise us of your absence, however we can only accommodate makeup classes for other participants if we know our attendance. So if we know you will miss a class, we can accommodate someone else to do a makeup class and vide versa should you miss a class.

If you chose to do a makeup class, this day/time must be coordinated with our Admin at the above email before attending the makeup class you choose to attend choose. Please do not just show up – some of our classes are at capacity and we may not be able to accommodate you.

Other class makeup options:

We allow unlimited number of class trades with other members across all our bootcamps, this works very well as you can post about missing a class and trade your class with someone who attends bootcamp on another day.  We provide a platform for you to communicate with other members (info is emailed to you a few days before your class begins).

Makeup class credits may not be carried over into another registration period and have no monetary value and will not be refunded if left unclaimed.

2. Refund Policy

Please note there are no refunds or partial refunds are available on bootcamp classes. Exception: refund will only be issued if the request is made in writing to us: click here to email us  7 days prior to bootcamp start date.

If you must cancel your registration at least 7 days before the start of your session:

If you are unable to attend the Bootcamp and wish to receive a refund, the cancellation must be made via email (click here to email) at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the session you are registered for. This applied to 4 or 8 week registration as partial refunds will not be issued (for example you attended 4 weeks but have registered for 8). A $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. It may take up to 5 business days to process a refund.

Please note that there are NO refunds or credits issued if requested less than 7 days before the bootcamp start date (no exceptions!).  This is due to the fact that our class size is limited and you had reserved a spot in the class for you that we can no longer fill after the class has started or registration is closed. We are also obligated to pay fees to the gym studio per member, as well we lose an opportunity to fill that spot with someone else.

Classes may not be put on hold, “frozen” or transferred to another month.

You may however transfer your bootcamp to someone else that can take your spot, if unexpected circumstances should occur (job transfer, injury etc). An email request must be submitted to us (click here to email us)

3.  Interchanging Classes (changing time or location of your bootcamp)

Once you sign up for a specific location/time this is the bootcamp you are expected to attend. This is because the classes are limited in size due to space allocation and because we do not want to overcrowd the class. Since we have a systematic way of predicting how many participants will attend each class, the only exception to this rule would be any arrangements made in advance for a makeup class. 4.  Holidays

In the event that one of your regularly scheduled classes falls on a holiday, the class will not be held. We will hold a class in lieu of the holiday cancellation (an extra day to the bootcamp is added at the end of the month, so that you get your 8 or 16 classes you had signed up for)

5.  Location Changes

On a very rare occasion, we may have to change the location of your class. You will be advised of such changed via email & phone at least 48hours prior to your class start. Any location change will be in 2km proximity to the original location. We will not issue any refunds based on location changes within 2km of your original bootcamp location.

6. Program Cancellation 

In the event that the program you registered for, does not meet the minimum requirement of 12 participants, that month’s program may need to be cancelled. Should something like this happen, a notification will be made the day before the program begins. We will make our best efforts to best accommodate you should this happen, by giving you a choice to get a full refund or giving you an option to join another class should there be availability and it is suitable with your schedule. Something like this would be a rare occurrence as our classes always sell out.

7. Class Cancellation 

In any event that there is an individual class cancellation due to extreme weather (ie bad snow fall), transit systems being down or any other event that may affect large amount of people at once, you will be notified by email ASAP. When the weather/other circumstances seem like they will impact your travel to the class please check your email regularly, as a cancellation may happen a few hours before class. If this should happens make up class will be scheduled.

8. General Questions/Concerns About Your Class

Please address all questions regarding your program to your instructor before or after class. Should you need to make any modifications to an exercise due to injury or any other reason please advise your instructor before class. All Body Beautiful bootcamp trainers are certified Personal Trainers with extensive knowledge and experience and are happy to assist you and make the best out of your experience. We want to make sure you are challenged, injury free and on your way to reaching success.

9. Group/Corporate Discount

Should you have a group of 5 or more that wish to register together, you may qualify for the following discounts per participant: $10 off 4 week program; $20 off 8 week program. This discount may only be applied to the Regular Rates and can not be combined with any other promotional offers including the Early Bird Discount. In order to register as a group and receive the group discount please contact us for these arrangements to be made.

10.  Non-Compete

I, the “Participant”, agree that any information obtained by participating in Body Beautiful Bootcamp about it’s program, policies, or structure cannot be used as a basis upon which to develop or have a third party develop a competing or similar product.
