Having strong abs and core is very important for tightening up the midsection. Even though ab exercises themselves will not burn the fat on the stomach, they for sure will help strengthening the muscles in your core. The stronger your core, the tighter your midsection.

It is important to work your abs from multiple directions, as there is quite a bit of musculature in that area of your body. So incorporating a few exercises into your routine, is a great idea.

Check out the video below and try to finish this routine, doing each exercise for 30 minutes. Once you are done, repeat for 3 more sets and your abs will be screaming!
