Body transformation journeys are never easy. Put workouts and eating food you aren’t used to aside, it also involves a lot of planning and dedication. It is a mental journey just as it is a physical one. However, despite all of the above challenges, body transformation is not just about weight loss. It is about boosting your confidence, prolonging your life and feeling better. In some cases it can help dealing and preventing serious illnesses.
Our client Christina is a living testimony that changing your lifestyle can have a tremendous effect on your health. Just a year ago, Christina was on medication for managing her type II diabetes. On top of that she had been smoking for many years, lacked exercise and did not follow a healthy meal plan. She almost embraced her condition as a part of her life, but decided last minute to try and take the matter in her own hands.
She started on our body transformation program and saw results almost immediately. Within 2 months she had lost close to 30 pounds, quit smoking, was exercising regularly and eating healthy. As a result, she stopped taking her medication for diabetes, as her doctor told her that she did not need it anymore!
Christina is a real fighter and she made it her goal to drop down to 17% body fat, to feel even better. She has also decided to share her journey with other people to motivate them to lead a healthy lifestyle. Together, we decided to shoot weekly videos with her to follow up on her journey. We hope we can carry out a message to people with health problems that need to know that healthy lifestyle can work wonders for them. It is also a message to people who have no medical conditions, because most serious illnesses are easily preventable with a handful of workouts every week and healthy nutritional habits.
