One of my favorite post workout meals…easy and very tasty

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1-2 scoop of favorite Whay Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate flavour)
  • 3 packets of Stevia
  • Cinnamon

Directions:

  • Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl.
  • Add water.
  • Place in the freezer to cool for 30 to 60 min.
  • Enjoy your high protein frozen pudding
