Check out this delicious and very easy Pork Loin recipe, kindly shared by one of my clients.


  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/4 of lime juice
  • 1 tbl spoon of garlic
  • 1 tbl spoon of ginger
  • 1 tbl spoon of garam masala spice


  • Mix the above marinate pork loin for at least 1 hour.
  • Cook 25 min 400degree

(of course you will need Pork Lion too lol)
