Build My Body Beautiful a downtown Toronto based fitness company providing leading fitness bootcamp classes, personal training, contest prep and weight loss solutions for women.

Our mission is to introduce health and fitness into women’s lives, and empower them to not only build a beautiful body, but to create a positive self-image and feel confident from inside out.

I use to be a gym rat! Last year changed all that

I use to be a gym rat! Last year changed all that. I've been doing soley home workouts with bands and dumbbells for the last 16 months and I am loving them. We have been doing the same with our online clients and they are also seeing better results than ever!! Everyone keeps asking 'I bet you can't wait to get back to the gym'?! BUT right now I'm good!! I am saving tons of time of commuting, getting my gear ready, waiting on equipment, looking for parking. .. and mostly I am really enjoying focusing solely on myself, without any distractions or observing anyone else's energy. 35 to 45mins in my basement and I am done! Will you being going back to the gym or staying with home workouts?

What an emotional roller-coaster 2020 has been 😐 I am sure you are all well aware by now that due to the recent rise in COVID cases, gyms have been ordered to close for a minimum of 28 days in Toronto and several GTA areas. There is lot of mixed emotions from our industry... I get you, and my heart goes out to you❤❤ Personally, I am not surprised that we are here again. But , we have to stay focused, strong, and keep pushing, being creative, so we can put this all behind us for good. This year has been all about adapting new ways and as a small business owner these are important and very valuable lessons, I am grateful for. I have put 10+hard years into this business and will keep moving forward!! #nothingwillstopme At BMBB 90% of our training has been outside or online in the last 6-7 months. This has worked way better than we ever imagined. I truly believe health and fitness is not liner and we can always find a way to take care of ourselves. Get creative! Its fun! We currently have both Build n Burn and Fit and Firm classes running online, and for those who would like to join us, next program starts week of Oct 19th. (Just check out our website link in the bio for more info) We have also taken our Personal Training and Diet services online, offering customized programs through our fitness app and live Zoom sessions. It has been a huge time saver for our clients, and a great way to keep you active, reach your goals, keep you accountable and connect with your coach.
